I think you deserve an explanation of what happened yesterday:

1. Your favourite daddy, Loozik, made a prediction and told you to be quick with your buy orders:

Daddy knew the price was going to drop to at least 93.87 (as per his picture), because Mrs Market demanded someone stimulated her clitoris (which happened to be at 93.87 and slightly below at that time). Daddy knew some whale would not resist the glory of this organ and will want to touch Mrs Market there at at that price.



At the beginning the prediction was going well and price started dropping in the anticipated direction. But after a few minutes the price action suddenly stopped and refused to go down. Why was that so?

My hypothesis is the whale noticed my post and picture here and realized someone was watching him as he prepared for the sacred act of clit stimulating. He was puzzled and had no idea of what to do next. Should he stop in the middle or continue while being carefully watched?

2. Daddy Loozik, having seen the whale had no clue of what to do, posted another picture for the whale so that he understands that if he does not act quick, he will need to spend a lot more coins to bring his finger to Mrs Market's clitoris from a much higher price of 97.



The whale did the arithmetic and followed the original plan to touch Mrs Market's clitoris by bring the price down to levels suggested by daddy Loozik.

3. What happened next? Mrs Market was pleased; someone stimulated her and she reciprocated with a price increase

Whales screw plankton. Whales have knowledge of planktology and apply this knowledge with a use of various tools and actions, e.g. they scare them with walls, they have shills spreading news like ''I see a head and shoulders'', I see a double top'', and what not. Some of these shills even accept donations.

Daddys screw whales (and indirectly plankton; you know whales need to cover losses they suffer from daddys and screw plankton even more). Daddys have knowledge of whaleology.

Did you notice tradingview was 10 - 20 seconds faster than bitcoinwisdom in reporting the price during the breakout? They must have powerful servers.

1. Broker AvaTrade started offering Bitcoin CFD at 5:1 leverage (probably the highest at the moment - not sure about this though). Anyone knows the spreads? Why the heck only 5 days a week instead of 7 days a week trading is possible http://www.avatrade.com/trading-info/range-of-markets/bitcoin

Yes, I know it's Bitcoin on paper. I want to know whether it is based on:
a) a price from a certain exchange like MtGox (Plus500 does it) - one would be fine with it because one can easily verify the price
b) a price derived from an unknown algorithm (1broker does it) - one would expect to be fucked in the ass.

If someone uses Avatrade, plese post a screenshot of MT4 chart with bid and ask lines turned on.

It is often that exchanges / brokers have 2 types of data: throttled or snapshot one for average traders (like Interactive Brokers or Dukascopy) and a quality one for data broadcasters and big players.

Either Plus500 uses standard API that Gox avails to retail traders (which often breaks at fast price movement) or Plus500 indeed screws its customers (which is typical for bucketshops). Plus500 is a bucketshop.


1broker does something else - quote from their website:

1broker manipulates the price (through the algorithm only they know) and then claims to be saving you from manipulation. You can't make this stuff up  

Every bucketshop screws their customers either through MT Virtual Dealer Plugin or through some other inventions. Once the bucketshop finds out your trades are profitable they manipulate prices and delay your orders. It happened to me many times. Once I waited 15 minutes to get filled.

BTCUSD keeps on surprising.

MtGox with its higher prices seems pretty much neutral, Bitstamp with prices lower than MtGox looks as if (probability lower than 50%) it wanted to drop to 85, BTC-e with prices even lower than Bitstamp looks as if (probability lower than 50%) it wanted to drop to only 90.

It is not a call (it can't be a call given such a shitty probability). I am just extremely curious about what is going to happen within the next 2 weeks given arbitrage peculiarities in the Bitcoin realm.

The rule of thumb is if you don't know what the market is going to do or the conditions on the market are abnormal, stay away from the market.

1% - will deepen the 50 low
99% - will go to 122 - 123

Then, if 122 - 123 is reached
- 35% bearish
- 65% bullish reaching levels 138 or 152 or at least 300

At that time Gox was the king.

Now things are more complex and one needs to read charts (reading more than charts is impossible - there are no quality tools for traders in the crypto realm) from 3 exchanges at the same time to make sense of what will happen next.

If my math is correct (it is not easy to do it with regard to 3 exchanges while using no software for it, just eyeballing) such a buy should not happen before price dives to 106 - 105.

But a guy who has cash for a single 5k buy surely has better math than me.

Disclaimer: I am not telling 125 is the top, neither am telling the price will dive to 106 -105.

If you historically had the below set up, it could have brought you some good entries and most importantly good exits. Yes, I know divergences that are unsupported by additional studies can be pretty much misleading. The current divergence can therefore mean shit.

1. The price and volume action MAY indicate some bullish opportunities in future. To early to say + incomplete LTC charts (historical data missing - bitcoinwisdom does not have all past data).

Last time I trolled was https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=178336.msg2982733#msg2982733 when price reached 124 on Gox. I trolled the price might go down to 85 on BTC-e and to 90 on Bitstamp. It went to 85 and 75 respectively (due to Silk Road event).

The way I see things now (just trolling): about 50% odds of going to at least 360 very quickly and about 50% to go down below the last low of 110 on Gox. We'll know soon.

The way I see other things (just trolling) which MIGHT be of interest is 80% of S&P 500 will develop the first bearish wave within a few days. 80% probability is too low to go short right now but in a few days 80% probability MIGHT turn 99% probability.

Note, increased volume at blue circles (historical chart). That's where impatient speculators were buying in hope for the price to go from 104 to at least 190 (it went only to 136). First they bought at 104, then they bought at 91, and then the price fell even more causing them to partially exit with a loss. Each time they bought, the price went down (to 79). It was fun to watch.

They failed to analyze the increased volume at red circle + did not see some other things that happened earlier (not covered by your chart), which indicated for the patient speculators that the so called bull trap would develop later.

BTCUSD is a relation of two currencies.

Even if gox btcusd goes to single digits (and never again goes to da moon), you can still make a lot of fiat money trading within single digit range.
