Craziest crypto days ever! I need fresh air
This is exactly how I feel, this is so true. It helps that I'm new, not knowing what else to expect. The roller coster ride is real and awesome, but there is definitely a time where I feel like not checking about it at least a day. I really hope we shoot up in value of 20k a piece by next year.
so every shitcoin is pumping hugely but BTC is only moving slowly. What the fuck, all of a sudden BTC is shit or something.
There are a lot of factors here. 1- BTC holders released a ton and exchanged to fiat because of the season. 2-Devs of altcoins are pumping value by releasing some share for purchase for those who got scared of segwit2x.
but I really don't think Bitcoin would be shit- ever even if other altcoins outperforms them in terms of numbers. Bitcoin could be of holding value or the main source of value of all coins just like gold and so on.
They were in the playing field first, and all other coins just like in any other industry are competition, I'm sure there will be HUGE comeback coming.
This downward trend of the BTC price is due to the news / or blogs about segwit2x coming pretty soon? Or this is a very healthy dip-- only because people are converting BTC to fiat. I'm doubting myself a bit that it's a healthy dip, kind of torn between just spending the BTC now or HODL and wait for the predictions I'm seeing ont his thread. I do hope to atleast see it @17-19k again. before the year ends.
This could be true but there will be a few dips along the way for sure. But that's not bad it's actually great for those who would want to get it before it hitting another record high. There was even a prediction for it to hit 40k. Only the future me knows.
And now, we resume our regularly scheduled uptrend... already in progress.
So true, I admit I was super nervous when the down trend won’t stop. Seeing it recover, I now really think that what we’re experiencing is a healthy dip. It’s now being affected by economic tides so that is awesome. I hope the bitcoin futures would really help legitimize the currency and we hit another record high as we wnter the new years.

That is a very large tax bill. I wonder what sort of mayhem and destruction the US gov't will get up to with all that money.
How much effect would you guys think that segwit2x is going to offer? Im really not sure if I should still HODL or diversify now to altcoins. It's like I lost money already, but more gains the better.
