As long as China currency control is in place, btc price will continue to move upward.
I'm NOT sure if these are directly correlated, but it seems possible that there could be some connection.
There is always a connection to China and the large pushes in price. A big portion of the volume in the markets comes from China.

Some people have lost a lot of money trying to stop bitcoin appreciation.
Now we are entering the panic buying phase. Price can easily double overnight.
Better sell before and profit from easy 50-150% $$$$$ earnings.
Buy and hold = boring and slow profit, if never sold, no profit at all
Buy low, sell high = more risk, more profit (BTC and $$$ wise)
Been doing this in over a year and so far I have a nice profit. But now even I have 110 bucks profit per coin, I am still not selling it yet. $$$$$$$

Yes people other than tarmi were saying it was probably a good time to take profits days ago when we were at 270. I kept an eye on it but look what happened. I didn't take profit but instead bought at 289 and again yesterday at 303. Now I think I will take profits @ $31,998
I am out of cash right now so I can't buy anymore coins. :/ Welp, I have faith that my stash would take me to a profit of $1000> per coin. See you there guys!

If we don't collapse soon, I fear the accumulation phase might be over...
I also fear that this is going to end pretty soon. If there aren't enough coins to be bought at China, I expect a massive dump back to $200 levels. Anyhow, I wouldn't be taking profits anytime sooner.

Mine is set at $40 with a $80 profit already for each coin. Might even extend the threshold larger if the price surpasses $350 in most exchanges. Not being greedy at all, but it's tempting you know?

Methinks a sizable correction is imminent. Predict Chinese exchanges will bounce off ~2100 before resuming the upward trend. We might see $31x on Stamp etc.
Much more ideal rather than a continuous steep climb for me. A retrace back to $31x as you said should still be fine before continuing on to this journey to the moon. How's everyone doing right now?

I'm thinking that if they got a lot of coins from the bear market (accumulation phase as I see it) for 2 years, there is enough motivation for them to push this price upwards. If it isn't that way, then I don't think what caused them to push this aside from the impending capital controls on their country.

Stay here for weekend, fall in Monday is the biggest possibility. We'll see a lot of 300-320$ moves next week.
I just hope that we won't touch sub-$300 as I jnow it will cause a sell-off and we will go down pretty rapidly.

Western exchanges seemed to be hesitant on following China's prices as it seemed to be fake. I wonder why arbitragers can't close this gap even up to 3% too.

I never bought those 3 BTC back. Turns out I made a decent decision for once. But what I really want to know is: Are we going up or down from here!?! (hey, my 3 BTC are now almost 5!)
Probably up. My 1 btc investment at sub-$200 earlier this year is now worth 2 btc now, so I doubled my coins' value when I sold at $440+ a few days back. Just patiently waiting for that sub-$300 again to buy back in cheap before the next run.
