Well unfortunately? I don't have any Goxcoins. But I believe the odds are low that there will be a mass dumping.
The forced holders have seen it coming down from 20k all the way to 3k. Why would you sell now? You, me and the majority didn't either. Maybe a few unplanned bitcoin whales that are not fiat whales will, but that is about it I would say. I actually believe there are plenty waiting to happily being dumped on.
It might spike down and there will be some manipulation. But in the grand scheme I think it is a non event and even bullish a bit longer term: we finally got rid of the ghost of MtGox hunting us for years.

Full disclosure: I have a (very low) three digits figure of LTC though, which makes it the second crypto in my stash after Bitcoin. Also have some ETC, monero and... only god knows what other kind of random shit here and there.

Anyhow, I would have presumed that Charlie has a value of wealth that at least exceeds 1,000 bitcoins, presuming that he sold a decent amount of LTC in early 2017 and may have either transferred some of that value to BTC or merely invested that sold LTC value in other properties/assets. I doubt that you are going to improve your BTC price prediction success ratios by randomly spotting some chart patterns and planning your own BTC buy/sell behaviors based on some kind of superstition that it's going to happen again, in a similar way that you can see on such chart.

Transactions in used to be damn quick. Minutes, even.
A few days ago I popped a bit of fiat over to CB and sure enough it arrived in minutes - but when I went to transfer it to Coinbase Pro as I have done before - it was 'on hold'.
They now put it on hold for five days before 'releasing it'. Just so you know; 'in' is not instant anymore, it seems (at least for me). It's a shame as getting money in fast was a big plus. That's cost me more than a few bucks.
I can't say on withdrawal of cash as I don't cash out on Coinbase, though - I have always used Stamp for that.
Ref: Stamp - they did start to ask a LOT of questions in late '17 about where I the coins I had sold were from. Very intrusive and (at that time) they held a fair sum I wanted out until I answered. I was a little rattled as it was a serious figure. Sorted in the end - but I had to jump through hoops that were far more intrusive than ordinary KYC.
I keep a USD account at a bank in the UK so I don't lose out on the USD - EURO - GBP exchange losses. Then use a Forex broker to get back into GBP when I need to. That said, having USD was useful to buy back at Stamp once we bottomed out.
So far, not too many questions at the bank I have the USD a/c at. I didn't actually say upfront it was for BTC, of course. I just said it was 'USD investment income', which was not a lie.

I have hear many having either problems or feeling ripped off by coinbase in one way or another.
Maybe it is time to go your separate ways with this exchange once and for all. And since it looks like you are using GBP then maybe an exchange which works in the same currency would be a better fit for you.
I just received a message from another user here who told me they have been using kraken for awhile now and havent had any issues at all with even doing withdrawals of five figure amounts.
So you might want to give them a try since choosing the right exchange now a days is a difficult task to complete and having the proper one which doesnt cause you any grief with your exchange from crypto to fiat or the other way around a challenge in itself.
Hope this little tidbit helps you in some way or another.

I do remember when this happened to ethereum and was the first flash crash I had witnessed and never thought it would happen to bitcoin.

Dailly, 4 hours and hourly BTC price charts all start looking bullish again and I think we are going back to 12.000$. If bulls will be strong enough and brake the resistance at 12.000$, then the next stop could on this year ATH which is 14.000$. From a few days, charts with different time intervals and indicators show misleading readings. Today for the first time all of them turned out to strongly bullish. Here is the four hours chart.
BTC volatility is also beautiful because give endless opportunities to earn an additional 20 or 30% every couple of days. Of course, is not so easy to time the market perfectly but I think that BTC shows a lot of signs before starting to crash. I rather sell high and wait for the pullback with peace of mind and try to find the best entry point possible. Is just very hard to be calm if we lose 30% in a few hours. To be honest I don't find there are some much restaurants/bars which accept BTC/crypto payment in Malta.

Just heard on some news site the banks there are going to be accepting bitcoin as legal tender in venezuela for paying back loans their customers have with them. I wouldnt doubt it since the banks dont care where you come up with the money to pay them back just as long as they get their loan payments. They will take anything whether it be pesos, usd, or bitcoin.

With so many denials over the years this one is much antcipitated to make it through. The counsel which were discussing about it didnt spend but 15 minutes to make a decision so they didnt have enough substantial reasoning to have it approved at the time without any major institutional entities coming forward. A lot of buyers just chase price momentum, without any idea of what is really going on in the fundamentals. They often think they can get out in time, but when this sort of move ends, liquidity evaporates and the reversal will kill most of the price in short order.
The alts certainly seem to be running on momentum alone. It is fairly positive to see BTC moving steadily higher (indicating it is not just a rotation trade), but of course it would be unwise to chase this move.
When the reversal comes, it will of course take everything down, but there will then be a good indication of where the new support lies.
I heard someone bought 1300 BTC SV on bittrex or something and ended up paying over $2000 for a single one. Stupid.
