I personally believe that it is not worth it to play around with alts with an intent of increasing bitcoin holdings.  But, if some folks are able to find decent systems to play with alts and increase their bitcoins, then the more power to them.. just careful not to be risking too much bitcoin in those kinds of endeavors.

It's complicated to come up with a solution since the right of the people to keep and bear arms is part of the bill of rights of the US constitution. The only solution would be to have the 2nd amendment repealed which would require at least 38 states to ratify it. I don't see that as happening. My current understanding of how the 2nd amendment is interpreted by the courts is that we must allow the people to keep and bear the arms that would be the minimum necessary so that the people could reasonably form a well organized militia, if need be. I'm not certain how effective a well organized militia would be if all guns were banned. (I'm not sure it is even possible now with the restrictions we already have in place. A sniper with a semi-automatic is no match for a drone.)

I am getting tired of this. I want my fucking wealth back. And I want it now. I am serious.

Not that much exposed to alts, it oscillates between 10-30% of my total stash depending on price oscillations, with Litecoin (which is not doing that bad) being my main alt.

I am more concerned about Bitcoin price action, I would be perfectly fine if my alts go to the ground if that means Bitcoin recovering.

Man, that hurts. And I was complaining about my total portfolio being reduced to around 1/3 from the peak.

To be true, my "whining" is sorta just a kinda "relief"... I know this correction was more than due and even needed after the great 2017 rise. I am VERY well into black numbers... so I shouldn't even be complaining except for not having better played the dump. But if I was of the ones that "sell" easily I wouldn't even have make it to nowhere near the peak in first instance.

My timeframe for this investment has always been to at least until after the next halving to reconsider/rebalance my position and, putting things in perspective, everything is going according to the plan (or even better).

Am I alone in thinking that this is the true beginning of the demise of bitcoin?

Wow that was quick Bitcoin in just broken out of a triangle and has increase to almost 250$ (9,200$ - 9450$) in just a little over 2 hours. And if Bitcoin is really bullish it will try and test out the 9,700$ resistance and if it is broken there's only one way and its up, up to 10,600$. Also altcoins in are generally bullish today which means that the market is now on a bullish territory. It is looking good for Bitcoin and it will be any day now when it will try and reach above 10,000$ and hopefully altcoins will follow.

-Always keep in mind the following pattern of BTC & Alts, as seen in past years:

1. If bitcoin goes up heavily, all alts suffer.
2. If bitcoin goes down heavily, all alts suffer.
