Who knows if a bull run kicks in, I think BTC is pretty beat up right now, and I can see it really picking up from these levels sharpish....

No, they are concealed, ie taking out the order book... They are not sat on the buy side. This type of activity is normally a large player trying to not pump and buy on the quiet...
